• The self-locking dial provides consistent, slip-free security during exercise.
• Tubing length can be shortened or lengthened within the Quik-Knot™ channel to increase or decrease resistance quickly.
• The Quik-Knot™ operates through a self-locking dial that opens and closes to secure the tubing. Tubing installation is performed by pressing the locking lever, rotating the dial counter-clockwise to open the channel, placing the tubing so that at least 2in (5 cm) extend through the handle side, and then rotating the dial clockwise until fully closed.
• Quik-Knot™ Exercise Handles are available in singles or pairs.
• The Quik-Knot™ Anchor Clip serves as a stable anchor point and uses the same Quik-Knot™ locking method as the handle. It is sold separately and also includes an anchor strap.
• Note: Tubing must be at least 0.31" (8mm) in diameter to be properly secured by the Quik-Knot™.
• Compatible with Norco® LEVELS tubing (2-6) and Rainbow® tubing (3-5).
